What is Malcom training?
DESCRIPTION. *Set up cones in the space of 20m with halfway being 10m mark and starting point. Players to lay flat on stomach/chest and push off ground on whistle run 10m then turn and do an Up/Down and run to the 20m marker then do an Up/Down and come back to middle halfway the start and go back on stomach.
